YOUR PRIVACY. YOUR CHOICE.
Just here to play.
Accent Gaming uses your nickname, private hashed PIN, game preferences, visits, XP and achievements to run Accent XP. You do not need an email address, real name, date of birth or Discord account. Choose a nickname that does not reveal your full name, age, school or contact details.
At the shop
Nicknames appear in the player directory on shop check-in screens so you can find your account. That directory is available to anyone with the shop check-in link. Your PIN and private account details are never listed. A kiosk credential is restricted to check-in.
Public sharing is optional
Leaderboard and Discord choices start off. You may opt in separately and change your mind in My XP. Only consenting nicknames and their highlights are included in Discord. Anonymous attendance totals may include everyone. Discord is a separate service; copied or archived messages may remain after we edit our original announcement.
Younger players
Ask a parent or trusted adult to help you understand the sharing choices. You can play and earn XP with both choices off. No age or identity document is collected by this application. Staff should keep sharing off where the player cannot understand the choice.
Your controls
Sign in to My XP to see your history, download your data, change sharing choices or remove your identity. Removal replaces your nickname and removes login and recovery credentials while retaining pseudonymous attendance and accounting records. Ask staff about access, correction or requests for further erasure. Contact Accent Gaming at info@playcards.pro.
Keeping accounts safe
Keep your 6–8 digit PIN and one-use recovery code private. Security rate limits use keyed hashes of request identifiers, retained for up to a day while the worker runs. Staff actions are audited. Sessions expire after ten minutes for players and eight hours for staff. The shop controls its retention policy for pseudonymous attendance and staff audit records.
